What is included in the price per Sq.ft?+
Structure, materials, labor, standard finishes as per the package, project management, and access to the AI Platform. Land, permits, and premium upgrades are additional.
How long does construction take?+
Typically 8–10 months depending on the home model, package, and site conditions. You'll get live milestone tracking throughout.
Can I customize the home design?+
Yes — Essential and above packages allow layout and finish customizations. Premium is fully bespoke.
Do you build in my city?+

What warranty do I get?+
1 year (Basic), 2 years (Essential), 3 years (Standard), and up to 10 years structural (Premium).
